Jolie Ruin
Jolie Ruin (she/her) is a mixed media collage artist who has been refining her craft since 2010. Drawing deep inspiration from feminism, riot grrrl culture, and the world of comedy, her work balances social commentary with a distinct wit. As a Latina feminist, Ruin uses humor and social commentary in her pieces to inspire, empower, and represent people of color and feminist issues. She runs Riot Grrrl Press featuring an array of zines, books, apparel, and feminist art. Her work has been featured in Prickly Pear Magazine, Ranger Magazine, Women United Art Magazine, Kolaj Magazine and the Netflix movie Moxie.
